🥞 簡單料理步驟：

#日清製粉 綜合鬆餅粉 200g
#雞蛋 1顆
#牛奶 130ml
#奶油（或植物油）適量

做法：
1. 將雞蛋與牛奶混合均勻。
2. 加入鬆餅粉，輕輕攪拌至無粉粒狀態，避免過度攪拌。
3. 預熱平底鍋，加入少許奶油，
4. 倒入適量麵糊，煎至表面出現氣泡，
5. 翻面再煎至金黃色即可。
